This cajun shrimp is so addicting, you’ll find yourself telling yourself multiple times that it’s time to stop eating. It is a simple dish, but it is packed with garlic-buttery flavor with just the right amount of heat!
8 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground pepper
1 ½ tbsp cajun seasoning
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 thai chili (optional)
1. Heat pan on medium-low heat. Melt butter in the pan.
2. Once the butter is 70% melted, add in garlic and seasonings. Combine and mix well.
3. Add in shrimp and mix. Close the lid and let shrimp cook for 6-7 minutes, depending on the size of shrimp.
4. Stir occasionally. Once shrimp color turns completely orange, turn off the stove and serve.
I used the mccormick brand for cajun seasoning and it turned out really well.
