A choy “A 菜” is a crunchy vegetable that is similar to lettuce. It is commonly grown in Taiwan but has become popular in China and in the US. This vegetable is chalk full of vitamins A, B, and C. It can increase your appetite and aid in pain and with sleep insomnia.
Ways to make it: If you want to maintain that yummy crunch from this vegetable, sauteed with garlic is a good way to cook this vegetable. Another good way to eat this vegetable is with preserved bean curd sauce. A new favorite of mine is actually eating this vegetable in a hotpot. Dipping this vegetable in a meat stewed hotpot is very appetizing in flavor.
