Ingredients
- 1 cup of coke
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pack of chicken wings
- 1 tsp ginger (optional)
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Heat a pan up on medium heat. Once the pan is warm, add in 1 tsp of oil. When oil is warm, brown chicken wings on both sides for a few minutes.
- After chicken is browned, pour in coke and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Put a lid on the pan and let chicken cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Take off the lid and flip chicken wings. Use a spoon to baste chicken wings and continue to cook until sauce dilutes to a saucey consistency.
- Serve chicken immediately. Enjoy!
